Working with the client team of a start-up business, we applied our Kamigo Compass™ methodologies to focus their market segmentation. By digging deeper into their market segmentation we found an emerging secondary target market existed. Our work also reassessed product development priorities and product offerings. Our experience provided the client a direct path to the right answer the first time and accelerated the learning curve and avoided future missteps. One outcome of our marketing plan development was a product pricing analysis resulting in a product profit margin of 57% and a 69% increase of product sales.

Kamigo Compass™ Success
Utilizing our Kamigo Compass™ models we worked with a small agricultural business client to capitalize on their strengths. We identified compelling reasons for the client’s target market to purchase their products over their larger competitors. By capitalizing on the client’s capabilities and unique features, we provided a number of recommendations to help complete a successful market strategy including: tactics for generating demand and increased growth, a positioning strategy to guide the marketing message and pricing strategies to increase revenues. The result was an increase of 75% in sales for the client.

Kamigo ScoutTM Competitive Analysis
The client had had enough of "copycats" in their marketplace. We applied our Kamigo ScoutTM competitive analysis system; we assess the industry and competitors; designed and implemented a targeted customer survey, and analyzed the results and conducted extensive market research. Our strategy assisted the client in understanding the competition in a new way and reinforced many of their beliefs regarding their customers. This allowed us to better define the customer, which allows them to develop future services and products for each unique customer segment. Finally, the resulting outcome was a precise positioning strategy unique to their business and goals and one that the "copycats" cannot emulate.

Branded Website
We worked with a local artist who lacked Internet exposure with a distinct identity. Working in close collaboration with the artist and our Internet business partner we created a branded website that brought the artist's deep values and respect of nature to life. This work included creating a website layout, copywriting, photographing the artist's work for website gallery sales and creating press releases. All of these components worked together to create a recognized and unified look and feel.
